Sempre atenta as necessidades trazidas pela Covid-19, especialmente no que diz respeito ao monitoramento e espacialização dos dados epidemiológicos em território nacional, resolvemos no começo deste ano, 2021, que também atuaríamos para dar mais celeridade e segurança a vacinação dos Belenense. Assim surgiu o app “Belém Vacinada”.
Criado a pedido do Departamento de Vigilância à Saúde – o DEVS, da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde – SESMA, o aplicativo apelidado de “Belém Vacinada”, automatiza o cadastramento do cidadão, eliminando a necessidade de registro em papel.
Na tela principal, o agente de saúde seleciona a Unidade Polo da vacinação e verifica a data da aplicação. Em seguida, faz uma consulta pelo CPF do vacinado. Pronto! Todos os dados pessoais são automaticamente preenchidos, de maneira rápida, fácil e segura. E o mais importante de tudo, sem erros de digitação.
Desta forma são preenchidos o Nome Completo, o Nome da Mãe, o Gênero, a Data de Nascimento e o Cartão SUS do vacinado. Restam apenas as informações da vacina. O agente de saúde seleciona então a “Categoria” e o “Grupo” ao qual pertence o vacinado, informa o “Nome do Vacinador”, o “Tipo” e “Lote da Vacina” e informa a “Dose”, se primeira ou segunda. E assim, está finalizada a vacinação! Tudo muito simples, muito mais rápido e muito mais eficiente que o cadastramento em papel!
O aplicativo funciona com ou sem internet, sincroniza os dados automaticamente com o Sistema de Informações do Programa Nacional de Imunizações (o SI-PNI), permite que o agente de saúde exporte um relatório com todos os dados cadastrados durante a campanha de vacinação do Município!
Para que se tenha ideia dos benefícios trazidos pala utilização do App, no dia 17 de Junho de 2021, foram cadastrados e sincronizados com o sistema de imunização do Ministério da Saúde (SI-PNI), mais de 38 mil pessoas em um único dia. Uma média de 2773 cadastramentos por hora. Ambos estes números são inalcançáveis em sistemas tradicionais, analógicos, dependentes de caneta, papel e caligrafia humana.
A plataforma ainda conta com um painel de controle, que atualiza em tempo real as estatísticas da campanha de vacinação, permitindo verificar o total de imunizados, as doses aplicadas e os dados já sincronizados.
